How do I turn off the Weekly Insights Reporting?

Go to and log in at the top right

  1. If you don't remember your password, you may force a new one by clicking the link that says "forgot password."
  2. Once logged in, click on your email address on the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Under "Sites," click on your site or the one you set up for your client. (This will take you to your Public Online Connect page)
  4. Click "Tools" in the top menu. (This will take you to the control center of your Advice Connect account)
  5. Under "Marketing", click on "Contacts"  and click "View contacts."
  6. Find or search (top right) for the email address that you want to remove from reporting.
  7. Click the email to bring up the Contact Information.
  8. In the center of the page, look for the "Settings" tab and click it.
  9. Under "Site Participation" click edit.
  10. Under the "Subscribed?" section, toggle the box under "Admin Alerts" to say "Unsubscribed"
  11. Click submit.
