How do I make someone an admin on my Advice Connect Account?

Go to and log in at the top right
  1. If you forgot your password, you can force a new one by clicking the link "forgot password"
  2. Once logged in, click on your email address on the upper-right corner of the page. 
  3. Under "Sites," click on your site or the one you set up for your client. (This will take you to your Public Online Connect page)
  4. Under "Tasks", click on "Tools."  (This will take you to the control center of your Advice Connect account)
  5. Under "Marketing", click "Contacts."
  6. Click "View contacts."
  7. Look on the left-hand side for the blue link that says "Add Admin" and click it.
  8. A box will open to Add Administrator, put in their email address.
  9. A notification will be sent to them with their password.
